Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть: постельное бельё, полотенца, мыло, шампунь, вода питьевая и чай, интернет, 155 каналов по тв. Бытовая техника и современная мебель. Удобное расположение, рядом платформа фабричная, до москвы 30 мин.
Предоставляются отчётные документы. Квартира не сдаётся для шумных вечеринок. Курение в квартире запрещено, за несоблюдение правил страховой депозит не возвращается.
Индивидуально обсуждается заселение с детьми и домашними животными. Квартира рассчитана на четырёх человек.
Оплата за аренду вносится при заселении + страховой депозит (возвращается после выезда, после уборки квартиры).
Заселение после 14: 00, выезд до 12: 00.
Заселение после 21: 00 обсуждается индивидуально.
Удобная локация, много магазинов, зелёный двор.
